Johanna sells two workbooks at this time, the Mindfulness Workbook and the Wellness Plan Workbook (both copyright 2015).  Each workbook costs $10 and can be used as a supplement to individual counseling, or for those individuals who don’t feel ready for counseling but would like to build coping skills or self-care strategies.

Johanna is currently working on a new line of journaling guides, to be released in 2018. These will be available in print copies and for digital download as a pdf.
