Group Therapy Services

Group sessions last for 60 minutes.  Group therapy provides an opportunity to connect with other individuals, process life events, and develop new coping skills.  Group therapy can be a strong complement to individual therapy.

Parts and Process: An Internal Family Systems (IFS)-based interpersonal group

This group is intended for individuals looking to practice engaging with others in a deep and vulnerable way. We will explore the IFS model as a group, learning how to speak for parts of the self as well as building skills to get to know parts through guided meditation and experiential conversation. Goals include improving communication skills in interpersonal relationships as well as getting to know parts in a meaningful way.

More Than My Diagnosis

The Other Half

This group is intended for individuals who are in a caretaking role for a spouse or partner with a medical issue, and runs for six sessions. Group members have the opportunity to share with one another and connect, build new coping skills, and engage in activities designed to facilitate discussion and the group process.

Groups are intended for individuals 18 and older. Groups run periodically throughout the year.
